The impact of Soundarya Gramina Haagupattana Abhivrudhi Sansthe in uplifting marginalized communities—especially rural and semi-urban women and youth—has been widely acknowledged over the years. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. M. Vijaya, President of the organization, numerous transformative projects have been successfully executed in the areas of:
- Livelihood generation for wage and self-employment
- Yoga and meditation for community well-being
- Family counseling and psycho-social support
- Health and legal awareness for women
- Rehabilitation of survivors of domestic violence through two Mahila Santvana Kendras under the Domestic Violence Act in Karnataka
