Our mission is to:
- Empower women from marginalized and underprivileged rural and semi-urban communities by imparting vocational education and employable skills, enabling them to become self-reliant and economically active.
- Provide skill training and livelihood opportunities to at least 2,000 school and college dropout youth and women every year, fostering pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.
- Reach remote and underserved villages, especially those with limited access to roads and transportation, ensuring last-mile inclusion.
- Deliver capacity-building programs to strengthen the functional and leadership abilities of beneficiaries, enhancing their long-term success and participation in community development.
- Support survivors of rape, domestic violence, and women facing extreme social vulnerability, by offering them rehabilitation, psychosocial support, and sustainable income-generating skills.
- Collaborate with government schemes, central and state initiatives, and forge strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and CSR initiatives to maximize outreach and impact.
