Inclusive
Reach
• More than 50% of our trainees belong to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), reflecting our strong commitment to social equity and inclusion.
• To date, we have successfully trained over 14,000 women and youth across multiple states.
Empowerment
through Employment
• 55% of our trained women and girls have secured gainful employment in various sectors.
• 35% have started their own ventures or are self-employed, leading to increased household income and financial independence.
Community Based
Training Centers
• We operate 15 decentralized training centers located within or near beneficiary communities, ensuring accessibility and participation, especially for women restricted by mobility.
• Our centers offer certified training in:
