1. Rajiv Gandhi Chaitanya Yojana

• Supported by the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) and implemented with the Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Mission, this project is active in 3 districts.
• Over 2,200 rural youth have been trained so far, covering approximately 6,000 school dropouts and unemployed individuals.
• Notably, 90% of the beneficiaries under this program are women, underscoring our gender-focused outreach.

2. Deendayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)

• Implemented in Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and West Bengal, this central government initiative has helped us skill over 1,500 youth, preparing them for mainstream employment and entrepreneurial pathways.

3. Swarna Jayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana

• In collaboration with the Government of Karnataka, we have trained 5,000 candidates in Beauty Therapist and Assistant Beauty Therapist
• The program has significantly boosted the confidence and livelihood prospects of rural women in the state.
